Equity Participation in come-nets Co., Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that Mitsui & Co., Principal Investments Ltd. (“MCPI”, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Nobuyuki Goto) has made an investment in come-nets Co., Ltd. (“come-nets”, Head Office: Higashi-Osaka, Osaka, Representative Director and President: Yusei Itsuzaki) through an investment partnership managed by MCPI.

Founded in 2001, come-nets operates with the vision of becoming a trusted partner to dental laboratories, dental clinics, and patients, and is primarily engaged in the development, manufacturing, import, and distribution of dental materials and devices. With a strong customer-centric approach, come-nets has supported the development of the dental industry by meeting to the diverse needs of dental clinics and laboratories allover Japan. Furthermore, come-nets has established an integrated system covering product development through to sales, aiming to deliver high-quality products promptly at appropriate prices. Through continuous quality improvement and expansion of its product range, come-nets ensures reliability and confidence in the dental treatment sector.

With the aim of contributing to regional revitalization across Japan, MCPI has long focused on supporting the growth of companies with unique technologies. By leveraging the Mitsui & Co. Group’s extensive networks and expertise, as well as management resources, MCPI seeks to strengthen management foundations and enhance service quality, thereby supporting the sustainable growth of locally rooted companies. Through this investment, MCPI will welcome come-nets as a business partner and further accelerate these initiatives.

Following the investment, MCPI plans to dispatch its staff as Board members and provide on-site support, working closely with come-nets’ management and employees.
